Traveled first class and had choice of fish or vegetarian meal for dinner out bound. We then ordered chicken on our return flight, to be told they had miscounted and got none left, the champagne disappeared before take off, never to be seen again.

My grandchild has been dreaming all through the winter about holidaying in Florida and yes, you've guessed it, Travel City Direct have cancelled the flight and told the family to come back in 24 hours. My nephew who lives in Yorkshire has used Travel city direct and his plane has never been on time even on the homeward journey. so you have been warned DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY

Freetime booking for the journey home meant we had an extra day at Epcot. Villa was superb and car hire was arranged with no problems. Flight delay on the way back was due to electrical storm so none of the planes were moving. Haven't been to the States yet when there haven't been delays and that includes the Scheduled ones, definitely use them again.

There was entertainment but the screen was really small. Two meals were included but second meal consisted of a biscuit and cup tea/coffee.

Honestly I would avoid this company at all costs; we used them earlier this year but with regret. Such a bunch of cowboys. Old out of date planes and the food was nothing to write home about. The staff could not handle one difficult customer on our flight and we received with no drinks being offered in our area of the plane.

Although the plane was sitting on the tarmac for 3 hours, we were delayed by over an hour due to the luggage not being loaded - I think TCD are low on the airport facilities pecking order. We were also delayed on the way home - with no explanation. There were 2 (meals) on the plane - the second being a muffin and coffee. Free drinks were a joke - my husband asked for a water and was sent away with a flea in his ear! We got off the plane starving and dehydrated!! If you must go with TCD - take some food and drink! The TV screen was very hard to see. We had to wait nearly an hour for baggage reclaim. I know TCD are cheap - but you really do get what you pay for!!!

We had loads of leg and seat room and there were foot rests too. The crew were very friendly and helpful. The food was great. It was great when we checked in with no queues and our luggage was first off the belt at Sanford. We felt very looked after and have booked with them again for this September. My parents were on the same flight, sat in the emergency exit seats which they thought were great and could not praise the crew enough. We will never fly to Florida with anyone else again.

We all found the meals to be perfectly adequate I mean its plane food so come on its never going to gourmet is it? Collecting car at Sanford no problem a bit of queuing but there is a lot of people all trying to do the same thing. To be honest I wouldn't book with anybody else for flights to Orlando as they are hard to beat on price and with the price of park tickets being so expensive every penny counts .

Aircraft booked trough Travel City for Sunshine First unavailable. No explanation given. Customer Service staff appalling at the airport crew staff very good outward bound. Inbound staff gave best seats to relatives of air stewardess's family. Have traveled with company with no problems previously.

The Sunshine First cabin is fantastic and you never ever want to travel in economy again. The only complaint we had was that on each occasion although our luggage was clearly labeled with PRIORITY BAGGAGE labels it was the last luggage to come through on the re-claim leaving us waiting around for well over an hour. Just spoilt what was an excellent holiday.

Me and my family have flown with them several times now and every time has been a pleasure. My daughter suffers from medical conditions and each time travelcity direct has been fantastic. (Think they used to me now). My daughter has to take her own food due to severe allergies and travelcity has put out a tannoy every time to ask people not to eat a certain item that could potentially kill me daughter. People on the flight understand and travelcity direct makes each flight we’ve been on as easy as possible, especially with the bag full of medications needed. We have always sat in the medical seats on the aircraft so they know where she’s sat. Just in case. Other things that’s count too are free drinks and headsets on the flight which saves u a fortune. I will never fly with anyone else to Florida now having found travelcity direct. They were the best we have flown with and we’ve tried a few airlines now. Thank you.
